I've configured a kernel with ed0 at port 0x280, irq 10, and shared
memory address 0xd0000. I don't know if the last parameter needs to
correspond to a setting on the card; if this kernel doesn't work, try
to see what shared memory address your card is set at and get back to
me.
They're in /mit/netbsd/dev/machine-specific/kmilos. Be sure to get
the athena-other kernel before booting your machine after
installation.
