I hope IAP is going well for everyone.

I am running NetBSD 1.1 with athena addons, and I wish to allow some friends
to use it as a dialup. So currently, I have added these people to my passwd
file, and put files /etc/noremote, /etc/nocreate just to make it a bit secure.

But now I wish to allow telnet from a specific machine, regardless of
username. In other words, a terminal over the net.

How do I do this? is it /etc/hosts that configures this?
