Mouse crashes

It was the funniest thing: NetBSD physically did not like my mouse.
I thought I'd tried everything: Microsoft mode, Mousesystems mode, everything.

Then someone told me that A4 mice (I have an A4 mouse) don't work
under Win95. Not that I'd want to even remotely equate NetBSD with Win95,
but I had to try someone else's mouse.

I tried it, opened up a ton of applications while moving the mouse
around, and failed to crash it.

Then we tried my mouse in his NetBSD machine:
crashed almost instantly.

I hope my experience can save someone a hell of a lot of frustration
in the future.
