I looked at it. It seems to assume a SystemV utmp file, and although
porting is a possibility, utmpclean should really not exist.
What programs are leaving gunk on your machine? (utmp should be
correct, and if something is messing it, we should fix that instead).

We've discussed this before, and came to the conclusion that no
programs or symlinks to programs should exist in /usr/athena. People
should fix their .zwgc.desc if they wrote or copied a bad one. The
default zwgc.desc is fine.

I haven't experienced any problems with this. In fact, it seems
to work fine for me. You should make sure you're not doing any
mime-related stuff with that or somesuch. Also, try using
exmh to see if it parses it correctly.
