utmpclean and email content-type

1) would someone please compile utmpclean for netbsd

2) i've noticed that sometimes people have an (apparently) old
.zwgc.desc file, which references "/usr/athena/zmailnotify" instead of
"/usr/athena/bin/zmailnotify" or just "zmailnotify"
this causes them problems on ringworld...and on my machine
could the syspack be changed here for backwards compatability
3) also...if i get email with a line as such in the header:
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1
things like "show" choke on that line:
goody-budda : ~ --> show

if i remove the part about the charset from the mail file...all is good
this happens also on ringworld, and my machine
can this be remedied
