As I announced on netbsd-announce, we had a shared library sitting in
/usr/X11/lib which wasn't supposed to stay there as long as it did.
I'm working on getting all of the executables which relied on it
relinked as quickly as possible.
fvwm should be all taken care of now (I think you got caught between
the X11 volume release and the windowmanagers volume release, and
there were also some loose ends). xemacs will be rebuilt shortly.
As a compatibility measure, you can run (as root):
ldconfig /usr/X11/lib /usr/athena/lib /afs/sipb/project/netbsd/dev/cruft
