is libXpm gone?

Hello. I've been trying to start xemacs unsuccessfully for the past
few minutes as well as my normal window manager, but they both
complain about a missing libXpm.so. I can't find such a library
anywhere on my hard disk, so I'm guessing it was in the syspacks.
Has it been removed for some reason? If so, when/will it be back?
