I am a freshman who will soon be ordering a network card.  I know all the
MIT people recomend the 3Com 2C509.  That's an ISA Card, and I'd really
rather get a PCI (faster, and keep an open ISA slot in case I ever need
something that doesn't come in PCI).  Do you konw if the 3Com590 (that's the
same thing as the 509, but PCI) will work with NetBSD?  What about with
Slackware Linux (what I'm running now)?  If not, are there any PCI network
cards that either will like?
