This may have to do with us upgrading to XFree86 3.1.1. Can you tell
me if running /afs/sipb/system/i386_nbsd1/usr/X11R6.old/bin/xterm
works? (Try running it from the console while X is running after
"setenv DISPLAY :0.0".)
