Well, it supports certain sound cards and certain CDRom drives,
but you need to compile the kernel to specifically
use them. I am not realy familiar with either of those things,
but I think SCSI CDrom all work, and SB compatible cards work.
(as well as WSS cards and ProAudio something or another).
