ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.3.2/mac68k/installation/misc
has the neccessary stuff to install.

Nope...that is just for NetBSD-Athena, which is i386 only. There are
good install instructions on ftp.netbsd.org, which will show you how
to install a generic netbsd system on your mac. There is an afs
module, I believe, after you have it up and running. That, as with
all stuff for that platform, is mostly on a do-it-yourself basis, but
most athena stuff can be compiled without much trouble.
