for some reason, people cannot use admittedly sucky HostExplorer to telnet
to my NetBSD 1.3.2-Athena machine. it just sits there, as though there's
no reply from the host. i've tried some other NetBSD boxes and the same
problem seems to occur. does anyone know why?
