It looks like the sources in
/afs/sipb/project/netbsd/dev/current-source/src
are a bit too out of date for you to build the kernel you are working
with -- the extent.h in there is v1.3, as compared to 1.5 in -current.
ATAPI support was added fairly recently, and the sources kept in
/afs/sipb/project/netbsd/dev/current-source/src tend
to fall behind quickly. I'd suggest sup'ing and building everything
on your own (it's not that hard, I can provide hints) if you want to
get the most current support. However, there may be an easier answer
if you are trying to avoid this level of activity, maybe as simple
as asking ghudson or jhawk to update the current-src subtree.
