As your moderator I sometimes see reports of problems that don't
really exist. Usually I can weed those out myself, or ask the poster
to do some more "homework". In some cases however both I and the
poster don't have enough time to go back and verify the report.

For this purpose, it might be nice to have a test-squad of about
5 to 10 volunteers who would like to receive such reports and 
verify the existence of the reported security holes. There should
then be no more than a few days delay before the final report hits
the list. This of course doesn't apply to things that are clearly
either true or false, but only to the hard ones "in between".

What do you think? Volunteers?
