Ummmm... admittedly I don't know nearly as much about Linux as most of
the readers on this list, but I do know a bit about law.
Stating that only those who use the computer without authority or beyond
their authority doesn't really cut it. The reason is that it is
necessary to look over the shoulder of those who "may" be abusing access
in order to determine if they are indeed doing so.
So, I'm afraid your disclaimer will have to be a bit more unsettling. If
anyone is really interested in this, I'll devote a little time to write
up something that may be a bit more bullet-proof.
