This is, IMHO, a very good idea: a comprehensive, "ground-up," review of
Linux applications' security is something that is a bit beyond the scope
of the linux-security list (as it was originally envisioned); a separate
set of lists--certain to be very active if/when a project like this
picks up steam--is definitely called for.
