OK, the major mail-routing changes are done for the lists; delivery time
seems to have improved quite a bit.
I've got several hubs in various regions going now for distribution,
though I could still use hubs in:
Canada
Australia
France
Italy
South Africa
Spain
(That's just a "top six" list...)
Many thanks to all who volunteered (both hubs and sendmail.cf
suggestions). I may be implementing a "mailertable" method, vice raw
sendmail.cf routes, in the future, depending upon a couple of factors.
