Netscape sending unauthorized stuff?

[A totally unscientific experience follows]

Ah... If you mean v.1.1b, yes, it acts weird sometimes. Every once in
a while it comes out of the cold, as of by enchantment (sp), and
starts doing something. This "something" is accessing another
"something" becouse the modem leds go wild for a few seconds. Then it
returns to do being quite. I've looked at the ~/.netscape-cache dir
for some clue with no success.
