Hi all.
Is there a way to specify that I do not want the scsi system to scan the
bus, when I insert a aic7xxx.o scsi module?
The reason I ask is that I am trying to use the aic7xxx.c driver to drive
a controller that is actually mapped into the local memory via a network
shared memory card. It would really simplify debugging if I could awoid
the scan. (As it is now, it crashes horribly when the scan begins).
I tried searching the archives, but found no answer.
Thanks in advance,
Mads
