Hi,
Anybody with JNI fibre channel HBA experience?
I'm trying to get a JNI FCE-6410 64-bit PCI fibre-channel HBA to work with
a couple of Intel Pentium MMX boxes running kernel 2.2.5-15 & 2.2.12-20
(redhat 6.0 and 6.1), tapping to a Hitachi DS 5800 by following the
directions in http://www.jni.com/fibre/ftp/linux/readme_linux.txt .
The driver is able to load but no LUNs were detected (/proc/scsi says no
attached devices). I tried both FC-AL mode (straight to disk) and fabric
mode (through Ancor MKII 8-port switch), and played around with the module
options provided, to no avail. Kernel is compiled with Multiple LUN
Support enabled.
Thanks..
