I report current status.

I tried to check another MO drive (Logitec LMO-640 (FUJITSU
M2513A)), but the MO drive causes SCSI timeout and bus reset loop at
boot time. So I can not check it yet.
messages is:
sym53c875-0-<4,*>: FAST-20 SCSI 20.0MB/s (50 ns, offset 10)
scsi : aborting command due to timeout : pid 23, scsi0, channel 0, id 4, lun 0 Test Unit Ready 00 00 00 00 00
sym53c8xx_abort: pid-23 serial-number=38 serial_number_at_timeout=38
SCSI host 0 abort (pid 23) timed out - resetting
SCSI bus is being reset for host 0 channel 0.
...
But the same drive can be used with 2.0.35 kernel (+ Tekram
patch). Media change is also detected. Unmount, change disk and mount,
then contents of new disk was shown.
