I used "eject" command in redhat distribution. Command line is
"eject sda."

It seems no "disk change" log in /var/log/messages.
(insert disk)

TAHOE-230 has only SCSI ID switch. But it had beed used with
Macintosh. So it probably disables media change reporting.
I have one more MO drive. It has switch which selects computer type
(Macintosh, etc.). I will try the MO drive.
# But, the drive has different connector and I don't have cable which
# matches with it. Therefore I can not try today.
I will confirm about media change reporting. Thenk you for your
suggestion.
