Hi
I looking to buy a scsi tape device for my RedHat 5.2 linux box
The scsi adapter is an Adaptec 2940.
All I would like to know is this:-
have any of you had a tape/DAT drive and had difficulties getting it to
work under linux or are all scsi tape/DAT drives pretty generic? I am on
a fairly tight budget so would rather get it right first time!
Any advice also on what is good kit for linux would also be really
appreciated!
