They will give u the product number, and place you ( so they say ) on a list of other folks who have requested manuals. After Months of waiting, no manual. call again & ur name is not there, and u try again. months later still no manual. So much for the aha1540 scsi manual. Tried again with the aic7xxx series, got on their list, but still no manual. Time, I think I am waiting for some ~3 years. gat BTW this was all done via phone #, a 1-800 number for sure.
