There is an IP over SCSI project, lead by Marc SCHAEFER
<schaefer@alphanet.ch> trying to do this.
Problem is, that the SCSI communication model is asymmetric. There is an
initator (host adapter) and targets (devices). The devices control the SCSI
bus phases. Neither SCSI controller hard- nor software are prepared for
doing so.
