Adaptec 2940U2W Does not work properly with DFI / VIA K6XV3+ Motherboard.
While the card works fine under windows98 ( with the motherboard drivers installed ) and in other motherboards.
It will be good that if nobody solutions it. It's written in the kernel documentation.
