I have a Mustek MFS-12000SP scanner attached to an Intel box runnin Linux
2.0.36 via a Buslogic BT-958 SCSI board.
From time to time the scanner will suddenly become unrecognizable by
Linux. The only way to get Linux to recognize the scanner again is to
reboot.
Everytime the scanner becomes unrecognizable I get this kernel message:
scsi0: Tagged Queuing now active for Target 5
Can someone tell me what's going on and how to possibly keep the scanner
from becoming unrecognizable by Linux?
