The normal place I put them is ftp.redhat.com:/aic/ and you are right
that it is hard to get in there.  You are also correct that this
directory isn't commonly mirrored.  I've been trying to keep the kernels
in Linus' official tree as close to these patch revisions as possible
for that very reason.  For example, Alan Cox already has both the 2.2
and 2.0 versions of the 5.1.13 patch for inclusion in his stuff.
