Hi Kevin-
I had a similar problem on a system based on an Intel N440BX motherboard
in a Intel Astor Chasis Subassembly. Turns out the the firmware on the Hot
Swap Bay has to be upgraded to version 1.65. Find the software at
http://support.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/n440bx/bmc53.HTM
