Hi,
first of all: sorry if this is not the right place for this mail and
don't laugh for my English :-)

I've installed the kernel 2.2.2 and now I have a small problem:
if I try to mount a scsi-CD ROM with no medium into the slot I get:

bug: kernel timer added twice at c01907f5.

After that the vt is locked but the system is up and running. ps reports:

root 218 0.0 0.9 768 368 1 D 11:29 0:00 mount /mnt/cdrom
                                        ^^^

No problem neither with kernel 2.2.1 and 2.0.35 nor with a scsi-CDwriter.

I have a tekram DC390 PCI scsi board (AMD chip) and a scsi ultraplex
cd reader.

PS: it seems that no one else, with other scsi adapters, reports this
bug.

Thank you,
