Hi
Does anybody know how I can make this thing work!!!!????
I've used the dtc module and the g_NCR5380 but the best I did is get the
message:
scsi0: at port 0x0240 irq11 options CAN_QUEUE=16 CMD_PER_LUN=2 release=1
generic options AUTOPROBE_IRQ AUTOSENSE generic release=7
scsi0: Generic NCR5380/53C400 Driver
scsi : 1 host
scsi0: aborting command due to timeout: pid 0, scsi0, channel 0, id 0, lun 0
Test Unit Ready 00 00 00 00 00
scsi0: aborting command
scsi0: destination target 0, lun 0 command = Test Unit Read 00 00 00 00 00
NCR5380 coroutine is running
STATUS_REG: 02, SEL
BASR: 08
ICR: 64, ASSERT SEL
MODE: 01, MODE ARBITRATION
scsi0: REQ not asserted, phase unknown
........
.... Thins like the above which repeat .......
........
scsi0: Warning: SCSI command probably completed succesfully before abortion
This message is copied in a piece of paper (so it's not very accurate) because
whenever I get it by loading the module g_NCR5380 the system halts :-(
HELP, because I've got this Mustek scanner ScanExpress 6000 SP and I looking
forward to using SANE. I don't want to install M$ Windows again, just for this
scanner....
Thanx in advance,
