The Tekram DC-390W based on the Symbios 53c825 can detect whether there is a
50 way or 68 way cable connected to the 68 way connectors. I would expect
the DC-390F to be similar, and should terminate correctly using a 68 to 50
pin adaptor. But you never know .... ;)
