Thanks for the info from Mr. Lloyd Sumpter
I used the driver aha2x4x.s and it seemed to identify the SCSI.
But I get another error identifying the partition table.
This is where the error begins.

additional sense indicates unrecovered read error
SCSI disk I/O error: dev 8:00, sector 0, absolute sector 0
unable to read partition table
VFS: insert floppy disk to be loaded into ramdisk and press ENTER

I reformatted the disk and tried to do, but it did the same message as above.
