I am thinking of upgrading my SCSI controller to DPT2024 PCI.
PCI-HOWTO says this one is better for machine using SCSI tape drive
frequently. Now my question is how fast it is and how well it does
support various features of SCSI commands(?) like multiple simultaneous
commands, connect/disconnect, synchronous transfer, etc.
As an off-the-topic question,
the lowest price I've ever seen in the computer shopper was $268.
Could somebody kindly direct me to the vendor(s) selling the controller
with a better price ?
Thanks in advance,
Joonwoo
