Hi all!
I have a problem to attach 8Gb IBM external SCSI HDD to my Linux board
(kernel 2.035) thro' AHA-1542 ISA device.
I made appropriate changes in the kernel and my Linux sees SCSI when
boot. But same error always occurs:
SCSI device busy
After that system booting goes down without any additional information.
Hardisk and adaptor are both workable. I can see HDD tho' AHA-1542 setup
utillity without problem.
HDD is only device attached to the adaptor. HDD is #0, adaptor is
#7. Both are terminated.
What the hell with it?
Thanks for any advice
Pavel
