Hi All,
I am configuring some new systems and need a recommendation for tape drives. I
normally lean towards the HP line such as the 8i and 24i drives under NT. Do
these drives do well under Linux? The SCSI adpaters being used are the Diamond
Fireport, the Adaptec 7890 U2W (onboard) and ICP Vortex RAID controllers.
I would also appreciate any recommendations on backup software. Is there
something better than BRU?
Thank you all for your time!
