I'm considering buying a system with a ASUS P2B-DS board. From the asus
site,
it has Adaptec ® AIC 7890 & 3860 80MB/s Ultra2 Wide SCSI Onboard.
Anyone knows whether linux will work with it? I read on the redhat site
that
I should expect trouble with adaptec's U2W.
I'd also like to know whether onboard scsi is a good idea or not.
