Problems with NCR875

Hallo everyone,
i've a problem whith ncr8xx driver...
I'm using an ASUS PCI-SC875 card. I've connected a Plextor Ultraplex and an
Hitachi DK326C-10 to 50 pins channel, a Quantum Viking II to the ultrawide
channel. The termination is on the Plextor.
I've also connected to the ultrawide ch an HP 6020i CDR (with temination) that
is in an external box. When this is connected i receive these messages:

and i'm not able to use none of two CDs. When HP is not connected everything
works really fine. This problem appeared when i changed my Plextor 12Plex
with Ultraplex; everything worked fine with 12plex.
I've tried to disconnect the Ultraplex and leave connected only two HDs and
HP and everything works fine. The problems are only when i connect HP and
Plextor.
The parity is ON on every device....
The driver is 3.0g, kernel 2.1.119 or 123, and 3.0i with 2.1.125.
I don't know what i can do... I've tried near everything...
Have you some idea?
