Hi,

Where would I go to find the latest version of, and documentation for
the aic7xxx driver? Since the latest SCSI-howto was last updated in
1996 (and still contains some very helpful information), I would love
to get some more current, and especially more specific information
about this particular driver.

This may also be an initscripts or SysVinit issue, but: I just upgraded
from the 2.0.32 kernel set to the 2.0.35-2, and now my tape drive is
not automatically assigned to a device.

The hard drives attached to the SCSI controller are fine, I got the
SCSI Zip drive working (4th partition, and using a good Zip cartridge
help), and just found out what I was doing wrong with my CD (I hope).
But the tape drive always worked before, and now does not. I will worry
about the scanner once I am sure everything else is working.

All devices work fine in Win95, and are discovered correctly in the
SCSI bus probe during aic7xxx initialization.
