Hi,
I've been experiencing the same problem with three of our workstations
here. I can't get LILO to boot my Linux kernel on a machine with a Seagate
ST39173W harddisk and an Adaptec 2940UW SCSI controller card.
The harddisk reports itself to have more than 1024 cyl and fdisk says LILO
might have a problem with it. Question is: Is there a solution (for the
same hardware)?
Please Cc: me as my subscription to linux-scsi may not have yet been
processed.
Thanks!
