Hi:
I have a Compaq Prosignia server, which is make in 1993 and the CPU is
intel 486DX/66. I want to use this machine as my mail server and I want
to intall a linux in it. But I am fail in the SCSI device of it. I use the
Slackware 3.5's bootdisk which named n_53c7xx.s to boot it, the bootdisk
cant detect any SCSI device.
I have test this server use Windows NT's boot disk, it can detect is as
NCR 53c710. I can find a chip which marked NCR 53c710 in this server.
Here is the information which the server's utility tell.
