	Almost all on-board devices allow you to disable them in BIOS.
It would be strange if yours didn't- look for a BIOS flash from your
mainboard manufacturer. If you don't need the second channel, turn it
off. Try freeing IRQs from unused hardware, releasing as many
(especially 16 bit) IRQs as you can to the PCI bus, then scooting the
video card around.
