Well Ive figured out how to compile a kernel finally :)

If you remember about a week ago I was having trouble installing linux
at all(rh 5.1). Got that going (thanks for the help) By running autoboot
in dos. Now Ive made a disk image of 2.0.35 and Im getting the same time
out errors on my scsi harddrives again(adaptec 2940uw host card). Just
glad I hadnt configured the system to run it.(I just tried running it
off the boot disk :)

Anyway,

Any suggestions would be apperciated,

Thanks again,

Don

 Grant me the serenity:

       To accept the things
       I cannot change;
       The courage to change
       the things I cannot accept;
       And the wisdom to hide the bodies
       of those people I had to kill today
       because they pissed me off.
       And also,
       Help me to be careful of
       the toes I step on today as they
       May be connected to the butt
       That I might have to kiss tomorrow.

       Amen
