QSHR_LDR.EXE is a DOS program. Run it from DOS and it will tell you
what to do. If I recall correctly:

    D5GNLYK8.FUP == 2GB disks
    DAGNLYK8.FUP == 4GB disks
    DKGNLYK8.FUP == 9GB disks

and you run something like:

    qshr_ldr load 0 6 D5GNLYK8.FUP

Again, just run QSHR_LDR.EXE with no arguments and it will tell you
the options.

One more thing - you need to have the DOS SCSI drivers (ASPI) for your
SCSI card installed to do the upgrade.
