Hello,
Does anyone know if the Archive Viper qic02 tape drive can be used
with other scsi adapters than Archive's sc402 board??
My drive works fine with it's own adapter, but jams the scsi bus
on my adaptec 1502i. Any info on the drive and its jumper settings
would be greatly appreciated.
The jumpers are:
ID1,ID2,ID3.
CF0,CF1,CF2.
PEN,DIA,RXD/TXD
The scsi bus works fine when i only connect the scsi cable and no power
to the drive. I have not tried the PEN,DIA or RXD/TXD jumpers
because it looks like they could be external connectors or something
similar.
