Thanks a lot to people who helped me testing latest 2.6i ncr53c8xx driver.
Latest version 2.6j is available at:

This version incorporates 2 fixes that may explain some of the failures that
have been reported to me with version 2.6i. If you have had problems using
version 2.6i, could you give 2.6j a try and let me know if it makes
differences. I also have updated this driver source with the PowerPC and
Sparc port code from the linux-2.1.95 ncr53c8xx sources and tested it under
linux-2.1.96/i386.
