OK you must remember that RedHat does write this stuff they just
put together the distribution. Considering that you only pay
somewhere around $50 I think I would have to side with RH on this.
If you want more support I suggest looking into SCO or paying for
technical support. I'm not trying to create any hard feelings here
but remember that many problems such as hardware are outside of
what RH can deal with. They don't write the kernel or the drivers.
