Actually, it probably uses the AIC-6260/6360 chipset and is compatible
with the 152x series.

Yes.  You may need to use a lilo line like

   LILO: linux aha152x=ioport,irq

(You obviously can substitute the appropriate "append" line in the lilo.conf
after you get this working.)

I have successfully used this card this way.
