There is a lot of info out on the net about the AHA-2940 and its
problems with Linux. I couldn't get the thing to work for anything
with the standard slackware SCSI driver. I didn't have any
trouble with RH 5.0. It seems that the problem is usually the
SCSI bios that comes with the controller.
