I have seen a picture of that card in the german c't journal. It looks exactly
like the Western Digital PCI-SCSI cards (WD7193,WD7197,WD7296). Also the
description on the URL mentioned above shows similarities. If it turns out that
it is the same chip, it formaly was an WD33C296.
WD has sold all the know-how to Adaptec and doesn't support it anymore. There is
poor docu.
There are attempts to write a driver for WD33C296. The homepage is at

I patched the original release to get it to work. If you are interested look at
http://schering.si2.uni-hannover/stuff/gaertner/WD719X. If the hardware is
compatible, you may try to patch the PCI-Stuff to "detect" your card too, and
try to load the microcode. The microcode is the critical point. If it doesn't
run, no chance!
